This is for craft or creative businesses that have been operating part-time – either as an informal side hustle, or as an established, but part-time business. How do you gauge when you are ready to move to full time? What factors do you need to consider? What are the risks? How can you tell when the time is right?
This practical session will:
look at ways to assess your current status
how to identify and mitigate the risks
explore when the time is right for you and for the business
outline how to plan for moving to full time
Time – Online between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.
What to expect – One hour dedicated to a specific topic with time (10 minutes) at the end for Q&A. Afterwards you will receive a link to the presentation deck and a ‘how to’ checklist on the topic with the next steps so that you can implement what you have learned.
