Social Inclusion Team Leader
Offaly Local Development CLG is currently seeking to recruit a Social Inclusion Team Leader.
The person appointed will line manage the delivery of the SICAP Programme and a number of other Social Inclusion Programmes for County Offaly. Responsibility for the overseeing of Social Inclusion programmes, including the management of the Social Inclusion team and direct delivery of specific community development actions under the programme.
The successful applicant will have at least 4 years experience in management, preferably government funded programmes with various stakeholders, experience of managing and supervising staff and working with disadvantaged communities and marginalised individuals in a developmental capacity. Experience of planning, project management, change management, evaluation and working to deadlines. A relevant 3rd level or Professional Qualification is essential.
