Business Coaching & Mentoring

Business Coaching is available to people that have a business idea and want to explore the different options available to them. Coaching allows the client to examine these choices and come up with the best way forward based on the client's skills, expertise, commitment and available capital.

Business coaching gives the client the opportunity to verbalise their fears and concerns and to make an informed decision as to whether or not they want to progress the idea further.

Business Mentoring is for people who want to progress their business idea. The process establishes if the client has the required skillset to progress the opportunity into a profitable business. The client is also supported to carefully put a business plan on paper that is realistic and manageable.

This business plan may well act as a discussion document for potential investors into the business e.g. banks, credit unions or funding agencies. It will be a clearly thought out document with goals and targets based on research and will demonstrate a skillset that matches the requirements of the business needs.
