Offaly's Workability program implemented by OLDC provides a range of supports to :-

  • Workface Training, Mentoring and Job Shadowing
  • Workplace Job Assessments 
  • Liaison Support to help employers link with variety of workplace support schemes 
  • Recruitment of workers
  • Ongoing mentoring and support with employments

 

 

WHO CAN APPLY 

To take part in PLACE you need to be : -

  • Interested in getting a job (full or part - time) or interested in increasing your work hours
  • Age 16 or over 
  • Experiencing physical or mental health difficulties that are preventing you from being active in employment
